These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the STRAT platform, accessible at getstrat.co.uk ("the Platform"), operated by STRAT ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

STRAT is an AI-powered operations platform designed for property founders, investors, and sourcing professionals. The Platform provides tools including but not limited to: document generation, deal analysis, investor CRM, finance tracking, compliance management, and AI assistance.

You must be at least 18 years old to use STRAT. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Platform is intended for business use and not for personal, domestic, or consumer purposes.

We offer a 7-day free trial to new users. No payment details are required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be prompted to choose a paid subscription plan to continue accessing the Platform. If you do not subscribe, your account will revert to limited Starter access. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the free trial offer at any time.

5.1 STRAT offers three subscription tiers: Starter (£149/month), Growth (£349/month), and Founder (£550/month).

5.2 Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By providing payment details and confirming your subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

5.3 All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.

5.4 Prices are stated in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required.

5.5 We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your plan until that date.

6.2 We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months.

6.3 Where you are entitled to a refund under applicable UK consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015), we will honour that entitlement. If you have already used the Platform's core features, your right to a 14-day cooling-off period refund may be limited - by agreeing to these Terms and beginning to use the Platform, you acknowledge this.

6.4 To request a refund, contact us at hello@getstrat.co.uk within 14 days of your first charge.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable UK or international law or regulation
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or fraudulent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate property business operations
• Misrepresent your identity or business

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these conditions without notice or refund.

8.1 Documents generated by STRAT - including but not limited to tenancy agreements, NDAs, offer letters, and notices - are templates provided for guidance purposes only.

8.2 These documents do not constitute legal advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any document you use complies with applicable law. We strongly recommend seeking independent legal advice before using any document for a real transaction.

8.3 AI-generated outputs - including deal analysis, deal scores, financial projections, and Co-Pilot responses - are for informational and operational guidance only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You must not rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for any investment, legal, or business decision.

8.4 STRAT accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or legal consequence arising from your use of generated documents or AI outputs.

9.1 All content, design, code, and functionality within the STRAT Platform is the intellectual property of STRAT and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your internal business purposes during your active subscription.

9.3 You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform, including your property records, investor contacts, and financial data.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at getstrat.co.uk/privacy. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRAT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.

11.2 Our total liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We aim to maintain Platform availability at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
